The TPS Supplier Leader Development Training was held from 21–23 December 2022 at ASSB Shah Alam Plant. The three-day program equipped supplier leaders with practical knowledge of Karakuri, focusing on simple, low-cost solutions to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve productivity without requiring expensive system investments. Through classroom sessions and hands-on activities, participants gained valuable insights into material handling, the nine basic Karakuri mechanisms, and fabrication techniques.
