The event featured presentations and genba visits that demonstrated practical implementations of TPS concepts aimed at improving manufacturing performance and operational efficiency.

Enkei (M) Sdn. Bhd. presented its improvement project titled “Increase Machining Productivity (pcs/day)”, with the strategy focused on shortening downtime by reducing change-over time.

The session included a presentation by Arul (Engineer), followed by discussions and a genba visit where participants observed the implemented improvements and shared technical insights.
