TPS Final Jishuken Event 2022

The Toyota Suppliers Association (TSA), Malaysia successfully conducted the TPS Final Jishuken Event 2022, bringing together member companies to share their Toyota Production System (TPS) improvement initiatives and best practices. The event featured presentations and genba visits that demonstrated practical implementations of TPS concepts aimed at improving manufacturing performance and operational efficiency.

Enkei (M) Sdn. Bhd. presented its improvement project titled “Increase Machining Productivity (pcs/day)”, with the strategy focused on shortening downtime by reducing change-over time.

The session included a presentation by Arul (Engineer), followed by discussions and a genba visit where participants observed the implemented improvements and shared technical insights.

The second TPS Final Jishuken session was hosted by APM Coil Springs Sdn. Bhd., featuring an improvement project on “To Improve Component Supply System.”

Presented by Farhan (Engineer), the activity included project presentations, knowledge sharing, and a genba tour that showcased the improvement initiatives implemented within the production environment.
